Treatment Notes Into A Report/Template

Hi Team, 

It would be awesome if we could somehow grab the results of the treatment notes and be able to transcribe that information into a report that we can give to the patient. 

For example, clinics that deal with kids most of the time need to provide a report to the parent about what was completed on the day. There is usually a report that the team will fill out with all the details of the patient and this will save the team from double/triple handling.
