First name and Last name in reports - incorrect format

I've noticed in many reports the formatting of the names is incorrect or you can say there is an unnecessary comma in naming formats.

Seems to currently be: [FirstName], [LastName]

IE. John, Smith

It should either be:

Without the format: John Smith

Or rearrange it to Smith, John
