List view for Attachments, Letters and Media documents

In the case of documents such as pdf's and word docs etc., it would be much easier to have a written list of documents rather than large icons.  The list should contain fields of File name, description, date created, file type etc. similar to a windows folder.  This would just make the documents much more visible and navigable, rather than rows of oversized blank icons with limited information going horizontally across the screen. Correspondence from the practice is formal and quite important and needs to be easily visible
