    Yes still an issue.  We send regular request to Corepractice support to remove our customer from their unsubscribe list.

    As a relatively new practice to the software, we've raised this with Core Practice, exactly as above. We have also just found out that they have a Global 'Unsubscribe' List, and, unless I misunderstood, this means that the patient would be unsubscribed from ANY and ALL practice databases that use Core Practice.

    We are surprised that this was raised 12months ago and has not been rectified.
