Patient alerts
I am writing to request a feature change to the patient alerts in corepractice.
Currently when the front desk is booking an appointment for someone the alert does not pop up. If the patient has an alert that the patient required antibiotic cover prior to dental appointments this does not alert to the front desk to inform the patient when booking unless they open the patient profile. As they do not have to open the profile to make an appointment we have had multiple instances where a patient has arrived for their appointment and not taken their AB cover.
Adding the patient alert to appear when appointments are booked would greatly help with this issue.
