Obvious social history

Social history needs to be the first visible item in the patient profile.  It should be in a highlighted box and editable at any time to be updated with anything the dentist wants to recall at the next visit such as the clients work, important life events, birth of kids, weddings, travel plans etc.  You shouldn't have to go looking for it on other tabs.  Nor should you have to sift through the notes looking for old comments.
