Colour coding note entries

There should be available a setting to colour code different types of note entries, such as comments vs treatment notes, to improve the readability of the notes and to quickly visualise relevant notes.   At the moment with everything the same pale grey challenges readability.  It does become fatiguing when using it all day.  The blacks need to be stronger and different types of notes need to be more easily differentiated.
