Smart letter template

The smart letter template needs massive improvement.  The letters don't look professional.  The font and paragraph formats are very cumbersome and limited.  There is not provision for professional header and footer.   Letters out of OASIS, D4W, Exact all look highly professional and are highly editable including paragraph formats, spacing, justification etc.
