Archived items

Hi

Archived items are still shown and able to be selected in the Treatments/More/All selection area - this just leads to rejection by the health fund/insurer and confusion for reception staff.

For example - Item 321 has been archived (and replaced as 322) but is still visible in the selection area.

I notice that archived items cannot be entered as treatment via the "Add treatment by code or name" input box.
