Patient Appointment Details Displayed in Waitlist

In the waitlist window when a patient is expanded, it would be VERY helpful if the patient's next visit appointment details are also shown (if they have an appointment booked). This would make using the waitlist function much more efficient.

Another feature branching off of this that would streamline the process, would be the ability to order those on the waitlist by their next booked appointment. 

We also need the option to change the calendar from a selected provider to "Any Provider". As it is currently set up, if a patient calls to change their preference from the original provider to any provider, we have to re-create the waitlist entry.

  Second this!

  It would also be really useful if there was a appt time required section.

  When booking an appt from the waitlist, we currently have to go into the patients file and read the notes to see how long of an appt is required.
