Create 3CX Integration template

Hi Team,

We use 3CX phone system where we can create a Custom Integration template to search for the Patient details when they call us.

Can you please create the custom template for us so we can implement this in our phone system to improve the customer experience.

To download the 3CX CRM Integration Wizard, please go to 3CX Login and create a free account. Once logged in navigate to Downloads tab and download the tool.

We can create this ourselves, but the API access is not enabled for clients to create a compatible API key.

If creating the template is not an option can you give us access to create the API key for external application, where we can select if we want to read only or read and write access for the API Key.
