Letters
Further to my suggestion that letters, attachments and media documents should all be in an orderable list view (instead of hard to interpret oversized icons), letters once finalised should be converted and saved into a pdf format so that components such as letterheads and signatures are locked permanently and not lost when HTML links to images become dead for some reason (as they just have with our practice recently, the letter head link was to images in google Dropbox and the links just stopped working meaning every historical letter written in the practice has now lost its letterhead!). Corepractice is a business software, documents are legal documents and frequently have to be reproduced and forwarded for a variety of reasons. Document management in core practice (including accessing emails sent from corepractice - these are also documents for legal purposes) is underdeveloped and creates risks to practice owners. This should be addressed urgently to meet legal standards
