Creating an Expense code for certain Item Codes

Hi there, 

Can we please get the option to have specific item codes attract an expense? 

So for example, if we have take-home whitening kits, whitening procedures, Lip filler botox etc ...these are all too expensive for the clinic to bare along and the expense for these item codes needs to be shared. 

The problem with the current lab orders is that it require trust in the staff and dentists to do this. However when it is automatically placed it creates a trustless system which can ensure that the clinic does not loose out.
