Charting Issue
Request that feature be added to charting to enable documentation of root stump (left after exo or break of tooth at root in oral feature) and also partial denture feature needed under denture.

The practice has advised that multiple providers have raised concerns regarding the current charting options. They frequently see patients presenting with multiple pre-existing root stumps and have found the current workaround of documenting Root Stumps via tooth notes to be inefficient during clinical charting.
The practice would benefit from a dedicated built-in Root Stump charting condition to improve charting efficiency, consistency of clinical records, and provider workflow.
