Adding in a notification feature when a lab order has been created. To notify lab reception of an in coming order.

As well as a multi line text box for descriptive notes on the lab sheet order.

  We would like to hear more from you regarding how this feature with the lab order could streamline your workflow. Could you please provide us with the following details?

  • Can you describe how you would like the receptionist to receive the notification? (ex. Pop up message, designated notification tab etc.)
  • How does the current setup affect how you manage the lab orders?

  As we further assess this request, we would like to suggest utilising the Lab instruction text box for an alternative note for your lab sheet order notes.

  This can be found on the initial page of creating a lab order or on the right-side panel of a created lab order.
