You'll need to add deductions to your dentists' statements, based on your business rule. Here's how to do it.
- Click on Location and then click Statements.
- Click on the Statement Number that you wish to edit.
- Click on Edit Statement.
- Enter the deductions into the Amount field.
Clicking anywhere outside of that field will save the amount. You'll see a green alert in the top right corner to confirm that it has been updated successfully. - Click on All Statements to go back to the Statements page.
a) View Statement: Takes you to a preview of what the statement will look like.
b) Publish: Pushes this data to your accounting system (check with your administrator if we support your accounting system).
c) Reload Data: Recalculates the values in the statement. NB: This will reset any changes that have been made to the deductions!
d) Finalise: This will confirm the changes and saves the statement. NB: You will not be able to continue making changes to this statement if you finalise it.
