Overview
Once PayPal is integrated, patients can see it to pay deposits when booking appointments online.

Patient Booking Experience
The patient selects a service and appointment time
- They log in (existing patient) or create a profile (new patient)
- They click Next: Confirm your booking
- If a deposit is required, they will see payment options:
- PayPal – full deposit payment
- PayPal in 4 – split payment into four instalments
- A PayPal window will open for the patient to log in
- The patient completes payment and verifies via SMS (OTP)
- The booking is confirmed once payment is successful
This is how PayPal is used during online appointment bookings in Core Practice, enabling patients to securely pay deposits and confirm their appointments.
