Overview
For better security, we highly recommend using images hosted on your own website. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to attach images to your template, such as letterheads, emails, PDFs, etc., using images from your own website.
Steps
1. Upload images to your website and obtain the URL or link. A sample URL starts with 'https://'. This process can be done by the clinic’s IT team or web developer, if available.
2. Go to your Core Practice page, click on the cog button, and then select Templates.
3. Select the name of the template you would like to add the image to.
4. Click on the Insert Image button.
5. A pop-up window will appear. Paste the link or URL from your own website, then click OK.
6. The image should now appear on your template. Finalise the size and position of the image, then click Save and finally click on Complete Template.
