How to download a patient's signed forms

Overview

You can download a patient's signed forms from the profile to view or print a copy for reference.

Steps

1. Open the patient's profile, then click the name to open the patient menu.
    
2. Select Patient's Forms.
   
   
    
3. Find the form you want to download. Click the three dots (...) beside it, then select Download signed form.
   
   
    

The signed form will download to your device. Open the downloaded file to review it or print a copy if needed. Repeat step 3 for any additional signed forms.
