How to make an online appointment

Overview

Core Practice Online Booking allows you to book an appointment with your dental practice at a time that suits you.

When making your first online booking ,you may be asked to verify your mobile number using an SMS code. After your account is set up. future bookings can be completed more quickly.

Make an online appointment

1. Open your dental practice's Online booking page or widget.
2. Select the type of treatment you would like to book.
   If a treatment is not shown, select Other, then choose the appropriate treatment from the dropdown menu.
   
   
    

3. Choose an available appointment time.
   You can use the available options to find a suitable time:

   Calendar- select a specific date

   Appointment filter- view morning, afternoon, or all available appointments.
   
   
    

4. Select the options that apply to you.
   If you have booked online before, select Log in to skip this step and sign in to your existing account.
   
   
    
5. Enter your details, then click Next: Confirm your booking.
   
   
    
6. Review your appointment details.
    
7. If prompted, enter the SMS verification code sent to your mobile number, then click Book Online Now.
   If you do not receive the verification code, click Re-send SMS verification.
   Note: SMS verification is generally required when setting up your account for your first online booking.
    
8. Once your booking has been successfully submitted, you will see a confirmation that your appointment has been booked.

Your appointment has now been booked. You can use your Core Practice account to view and manage your upcoming appointments.
