Hi!

We would love to see a bulk/automatic feature for patients who haven't been to see us for more than 4 years. It would be great to mark them as "No" for both marketing and recalls.

We have so many that we don't want to receive marketing/recalls that to do them all individually would take such a long time. To be able to do this en mass would be incredibly helpful.

  We would just like to ask the specific use case of this feature to better evaluate its feasibility of being added to the system.

  • May we ask how you currently identify patients who have opted out of marketing, especially if they haven't visited the clinic in a long time?
  • Are there specific campaigns you regularly use to communicate with patients that you would prefer to send only to active patients?
