Updating Medical History Forms
When submitting an "Existing Patient Medical History Form", if the form does not have any new information or changes to what has previously been submitted at their last form. You receive an error saying "Warning: Cannot find any changes between this submission and system data". This will appear, even if a patient takes a new photo.
This effects any practice hoping to be ADA certified. The requirement for such practices is to update/confirm their patient medical history once every 1-2 years with a signed form

For the meantime, we recommend saving the patient’s image and manually assigning it as their profile picture. This way, even if no new information is provided in the form, their profile can still be updated with the latest photo, helping to keep patient records current.
