Saving a quote directly into patient file

Hi there I am wondering if we are able to set up a feature to enable quotes to be saved directly to a patient file once we run it through the Hicaps 

So at the moment we run the quote and core will produce a document to show the price, the rebate and the gap but this is as far as it goes - if reception/admin team were to make note of it they have to either screen shot it or put it into a note in the patients file 

It would just make sense for it to attach to the plan we ran and have it saved to that so that we can refer back to it for both patient and clinic reference and to save time for the admin teams

  • How often quotes need to be referenced after being generated?
  • Other scenarios where this feature would add value for both the clinic and patients.
  • Which part of the patient's file do you prefer the quotes to be saved?

  As a workaround, you can take a screenshot of the quote and save it under the Attachments tab of the patient's profile.
