Inbox “Mark as Unread”
When a message from a patient has been read, and I click “Mark as unread” so that other staff will see that we have the new message, it doesn’t come up with the red dot next to the word “Inbox” as you’d expect from any other website or program. Can this please be changed? It’s bad for communication.
