Request to record the prepayment/deposit without allocating it to a specific provider.

  To ensure transparency and accurate reporting, every prepayment must be recorded under a provider.
   
  We would like to better understand this request and how it would benefit the clinic. Additionally, could you share insights on the following?

  • What challenges are you currently facing with the existing setup for recording prepayments?
  • How would this feature improve tracking and financial reporting?

  As a workaround, we recommend creating a business and provider profile under the clinic’s name to record the initial prepayment. This way, you can still track prepayments effectively without allocating it to a specific provider.

  As per Stacey's above, but can we allocate an prepayment towards more than 1 provider, instead of having to redone everything. For example an prepayment made by an patient but the work is completed by 3 different dentist/providers.
