Request details: I’m actually enquiring around adding attachments, such as 2 PDF type attachments, to the emails sent from core practice. It would be great to be able to add attachments (a 2nd PDF) when sending out PDFs to patients, such as treatment plans and receipts. I understand from your reply that this isn’t currently possible, but I would love to suggest it to be considered to be added a feature in the future.

  • Do you find the current way of sending treatment plans/invoices individually time-consuming?
  • In what scenario would sending multiple attachments likely be used?
  • What type of PDF would you like to attach along with the original email? Was it for the purpose of sending multiple invoice/treatment plan attachments, or a different type of PDF?
