In addition, there are also different factors that can contribute to undelivered emails/SMS. Missing this could have an impact on communicating with the patient about their scheduled appointments and updates.

    While we’re currently assessing the feasibility of this request, in the meantime, we recommend checking the audit logs for patient communications. These logs provide specific delivery status details, indicating whether a message was successfully delivered or not.
