As a manager, I would like to have the ability to change the date of deposit allocation. This will be useful, because due to the current prepayment workflow, if a treatment has not had its completion date updated on the correct date, the system will not reflect the correct date and therefore you cannot allocate the prepayment to the date which it was actually allocated. This can cause issues because this would need to be escalated to the IT team and may take some time before it is corrected in order to reflect on the system.

  User should be able to edit prepayment allocation date now.
