Improvement: I would like to remove any disabled recalls from my recall run

When disabling a recall from a patient's profile, their recall will continue to appear in the recall runs, but they will be "stopped". This means that any communications (emails and SMS) will not go through to those recalls as their workflow has been "stopped". Some users are finding that this gets in the way and would like to have the disabled recalls removed completely from the recall runs. We opted to keep those in, as our thought process was that some users may disable a recall for a patient, but then it likely won't be an indefinite disabling of the recall and would need to reactivate the recall at a later date. Do you think we should be able to delete recalls, or simply remove disabled recalls from a recall run so that they're not confusing? Tell us what you think! Thanks!
