Marketing: Add SMS templates to follow up debtor

Location in tool: Debtor 

Example: When sending bulk SMS it displays dental practice name clearly. However, when they send SMS to follow up manually it has no clinic name. 

Request: Ability to add SMS templates to the follow-up procedure

  We are still adding information manually to every bulk of sms sent. Not good...

  I'd like to be able to edit the template and set my own message.  Default one is longer than 1 SMS,.
