Patient File: Lock patient name while scrolling through file

Location: Patient file
Example: When a staff member scrolls through a patient file they may not remember who the notes/treatments were initially referring to. This is fine in other tabs like treatment plan etc.
Requested Feature: Lock the top row of the patient file which has their key details (first name, last name, D.O.B etc)
