Report: Treatment Plan - Inactive & Sent

Hi Everyone, 

This is in relation to https://support.corepractice.com.au/hc/en-us/community/posts/115007252207-Report-Treatment-plan-case-acceptance-report 

We already released: 

• Pending
• In-Progress
• Accepted
• Rejected
• Archived

However, there may be a need for adding Sent and Inactive as other states. 

Does this echo with anyone else here?
