Deleting user
Hi Team
When I reviewed emails under each groups I found so many resigned staff/dentists emails.
At the moment when we delete a user, it does not reflect to the settings of each group.
If you delete the user from the group it will be cleaned. It is good to clean when we review who is in each group.

My apologies for the delays in getting back to you on this one.I was able to replicate your scenario within our test environment. I believe that your suggestion is great and will definitely bring it up in our next improvements meeting.
