Hi Core, 

I think it would be good to implement a section in the patient overview dashboard to have a section specifically for casual patient notes pertaining to their social goings/behaviours that's editable. e.g. likes AFL and goes for the Richmond football team. Going on holiday to Spain in March 2019 etc etc. 

I think this would be beneficial from a relationship/connection building point of view.

  Great idea. The only problem we may have in this is because we already have a comments section for general notes. There will need to be a way to differentiate comments and relational notes. 

  Maybe we could create a tab in the 'Activities' section called 'Relationship'? 

  Otherwise, it could potentially be a workflow that your clinic needs to adhere to. For example, comments within the patient's profile are to only be used for information on the patient's behaviour and social life. Everything else will be purely clinical. 

  Have you got a suggestion on where you'd put this within the Patient's profile? 

  Would any clinics like to suggest how they currently do this within Core Practice?
