  Definitely handy especially if the organizer hasn't been seen in a long time and is thinks the email is something fraudulent/a scam - I had this happen just last week!

  I agree - there are some privacy issues associated with sending invoices and receipts to one email address. I am strongly for adult patients receiving their own medical details to their own chosen email/phone number regardless of the organiser of the account. In fact, why do we have an 'organiser'? Surely dependants refer to minors, under the age of 18. It seems antiquated to have a husband and wife referred to as organiser and dependant and a bit patronising.
