Remind user to update patient medical history

Can there be a setting added to remind front desk staff to update patient details?
The way it would work is maybe a pop up reminder that checks the last time the details were updated and then pop up when the Front Desk has clicked Patient Arrived or a reminder in the little pop up box when you click on the patient appointment. It would integrate with the Appointment Book.
In line with this it would be helpful if there was a time stamp in the Patient Profile and Details of the last time the patients details were updated. This would be a simple timestamp that would update everytime a person clicked "Save".

Thank you for sending your request here.
If you are referring to Patient Medical History Form then you can request for patient to complete medical history form automatically in the Appointment Email when appointment is made.
The idea is to get patient to complete the form from home, you can also send SMS to request patient to complete the form before attending their appointment.
When patient arrive, if form is not completed, you can also cast the document to an iPad or simply SMS the form to patient phone.
You can see below where Profile: Completed (green), Incompleted (red), outdated (yellow)
You can also change your setting to indicate that patient is required to complete medical history form every 6/12 or 24 months etc...

We have added new System Setting, you can now change setting yourself.
You can change Medical History Form Frequency, to number 12, e.g. patient requires to update medical history form every 12 months.
Please avoid changing setting during business hour and only change what you know.
