Hi. Love the online history feature and are using it a lot. A significant number of patients struggle to correctly complete the form without guidance. What we are finding is that often they will have failed to tick an item, or incorrectly completed their date of birth. They get to the end of the form but then don't understand why they cant progress. I think it would be good if you could use a modal box to make it blindingly obvious which fields have failed verification.

  I've also had several patients who have managed to somehow enter today's date as their dob! Could you add some validation to that field?

  This is due to the formatting of selecting the drop down arrow to change the year - patients really struggle with this as the arrow is not clear and often just put todays date. We have complaints about this on a daily basis from patients.. Especially elderly. Having the option to type their birth date would be much easier
