It would be very helpful to see a ICON appear on the patient's appoinment when a MHF has been completed and returned (ready for approval) similar to the ICON that appears when a patient has sent through a SMS ready to view. Example below with dummy data.

  great idea Karryn!

  in the mean time we've been using the arrived icon to show they're here, and then the checked in icon when they've finished their MH. You get a tone playing in the surgery that way too
