It would be good if the second reminder could use a different sms template from the first reminder

  Similarly, I agree it would be very useful if the second/day prior SMS templates could be altered. Patients get confused. Fortnightly and day prior SMS's need to be different

  yes, we would love this feature. Our patients are getting confused as well.
