Scanner Option in the Attachments Tab

I feel like a feature that is really lacking is the ability to scan documents directly into the attachments section. Our printer scanner is integrated with our CorePractice software so we can scan directly from our printer into the software but only in the media section not in the attachments section. This issue arose for me when I wanted to scan in receipts from a customer and found I needed to scan them to my computer and save them every time rather than with Dental 4 Windows where I could just scan it straight into our documents folder. A feature I would love to see added

  This would be great!

  Additionally, once file has been imported an option to be able to delete source of original file.

  This is so important and a standard feature in D4W and other systems. I'm a new user of this system and disappointed at this missing basic feature among a few others.

  Please advise status of this being implemented.
