Disclaimer in treatment plans

Hello, are we able to add a disclaimer to a treatment plan when we print it for our patient or email it as an attachment? We would love something on the line of: 

This treatment plan is valid for 6 months from date of issue and it is an estimate only. 

At the moment, we have to add this in pen on the treatment plan as we give it to the patient, doesn't look very professional :)

  Thank you for submitting this feedback.

  At present, only the letterhead can be customised, and it is displayed on both treatment plans and invoices.

  To help us clarify and evaluate this request, could you please let us know if you'd prefer the disclaimer to appear automatically on all treatment plans, or only in specific cases?
