Online Appointment Book Notifications

I would like a more noticeable way of locating online appointments in the appointment book. For example, the Inbox Tab or a tab that only appears when there is an online appointment.

Otherwise, an email would also be a way of notification.

Searching for the small symbol is something that can sometimes be missed.

  Hi Team Bluewater Dental,

  Thank you for your feedback. While we're still reviewing this request, we recommend checking the Pending tab in the Appointment Book for now. That’s where you’ll find all pending online booking appointments, and it’s a good way to make sure nothing gets missed in the meantime.

   

  

   

  In addition, if your email address is added in your online booking settings, you should be able to receive email notification is a patient booked an appointment.

  To get to the settings, kindly follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the cog button and go to Locations.
  2. Select your Location.
  3. Go to Online booking.
  4. Add your email address to Notification Email.
