Include AIA Insurance for online booking

    Thank you for submitting your request.

    I'll go ahead and pass your feedback on to our team. At the moment, there is a limited selection of insurance available through the online booking system.

    In the meantime, we recommend adding a notice to your online booking page advising patients to select “I don’t have insurance” if their provider isn’t listed, and to include their insurance name in the comments section. This will allow you to manually update their insurance details in their account once the appointment is booked.

    Once you approve their appointment, the patient’s note will also be visible.
