Overview
When importing an image into Core Practice, you may see the following error:
Invalid file - MaxWidth 6000
This error means the image width exceeds the maximum supported with of 6000 pixels.
To resolve this error, resize the image to less than 6000 pixels wide, check that the resized image displays correctly, then import into Core Practice again.
Resize the image
- Open the image on your computer.
- Click the three dots (...) at the top of the window.
- Select Resize Image.
- In the window that appears, change the Width to less that 6000 pixels.
- Save the resized image.
- Open the resized image and check that:
- The entire image is visible and has not been cropped.
- The image orientation and framing is correct.
- The image displays as expected.
Once you have confirmed that the resized image looks correct, you can import it into Core Practice.
Import the resized image into Core Practice
- Go to the patient's profile.
- Select the Media tab.
- Click Import Media.
- Click Browse.
- Complete the required details.
- Check that the image and it's details are correct.
- Click Import All.
The resized image should now be successfully imported into the patient's Media tab.
