How to Unarchive/Delete a Fee Level

Overview

Occasionally, fee levels within the system may be unintentionally archived. Fortunately, Core Practice has implemented a new feature to address this concern, allowing users to effortlessly unarchive fee levels. Additionally, users now have the option to delete archived fee levels directly from the system.

Steps

1. Click on Location on top and select Fees Management.

2. Hit on the 3 dots of the fee level that was archived and select Unarchive level.

Deleting Fee Level

Please be advised that once a Fee level is already deleted, there is no option in the system to retrieve it. Kindly ensure careful consideration before proceeding with deleting a fee level.

If you would like to proceed deleting a specific Fee Level, kindly follow the steps below.

Steps

1. Go to Fees management, select the 3 dots of the Fee level and click on Archive.

2. Select the 3 dots again and choose Delete level.
