How to run birthday campaign

Overview

The purpose of this campaign is to target patients who have upcoming birthdays to improve customer loyalty and retention. We would encourage you to run this campaign once a month.

Steps

1. From the Marketing tab, go to Campaigns.

2. Click on Create Campaign.

Note: If there's already an existing campaign specifically for running a birthday campaign, you can skip this step and jump over to Step 4.

3. Set the campaign name, select Patient Date of Birth Query as the Type, and hit on Save Changes.

4. Click New Run, filter the date (to cover the entire month) and Next.

5. Head over to Create Batch.

6. You have the option to either Download (export to Excel) the data, send an email or SMS to the patients.
