    • How often do you get feedback from patients that they cannot see availabilities from your online booking?
    • Would showing a wider selection of dates significantly improve booking efficiency or reduce confusion for your patients?

    Could not agree more! This has caused us to lose so many bookings because patients just think there is no availability at all! If there is nothing in the next 2 weeks, it should just prompt them to the next available!
