Patient family relationship & accounts
CompletedAs a user, I would like to be able to link patients into family groups. This will allow me to take a claim for all family members at once, as well as taking the gap payments for all patients in a single transaction. Currently, I need to swipe the health fund card for each patient individually. Taking a gap payment is similar, in that if I want to take the payment electronically, I need to process it for each patient, or I can take a payment manually and enter it externally into each patient's file.

Hi Angelo
When entering treatment within a family Core Practice is offering treatment items from other family members plans. For example I entered 022 on a child's treatment and got the dialogue box asking if this was the same treatment as in the plan. The plan it referred to was the mother's plan.
