We need a report for patient that cover new patient & referral source

Definitely need this. A report on referral sources will help with marketing. We send thank you vouchers to people who refer other patients to us. There should be a way of being able to select a patient from our database and add them to the patient who referred them. At the moment we can look at referral contacts but it is a separate list. Would like to be able to link existing patients to this.

Then would be able to generate a report of patients to see who referred them.

This is a MUST for marketing. Right now the system allows data entry of the referral source but doesn't allow reporting it which is very odd.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks, David and Wally for sounding their opinions on this feature request.

We now have 'New Patient' as an option by navigating to Report and then Appointment Created.

Please see below screenshot:

Regarding 'Referral Details' within Report, we can now see where these patients come from. Please see screenshot below:

For now, I will mark this as complete. However, I will add a separate feature request to make improvements based on David's suggestion - Automatically adding patients into the contact list.
