It would be very helpful to have the patient category displayed next to the patient's name when we look up patients. We have certain patients flagged as "Unreliable" so that our staff know not to book them.

  Hi Team Hope Island Dental Care,

  Core Practice includes a feature that allows you to add a label to a patient’s file, which will appear next to their name.

  For detailed instructions on how to set this up, please refer to the article below:

  How to add labels (categorisation) – Core Practice

  You can also create a label under settings. Be sure to select 'patient' as the type, and on the patient's profile, add it to the category.
